How Farm Delivery & Pickup Works

At All Healthy Farm, we harvest, pack, and chill our products fresh right on our urban farm in Karen, Nairobi. Here is everything you need to know about getting your farm-fresh meat, goat milk, and inputs safely to your door.

🏡 1. Collect from the Farm (Free)

Collect your order directly from our farm gate at no extra charge. We prepare and chill your items before your arrival.

  • Location: Lower Plains Road, Karen, Nairobi (Google Maps Pin)
  • Pickup Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Coordination: Send a quick WhatsApp before leaving so we have your package ready at the gate.

❄️ 2. Nairobi Direct Delivery

Direct doorstep delivery across Nairobi using dedicated transport and cold-chain protection.

  • Insulated Cold Chain: Fresh goat meat, rabbit meat, and goat milk products are packed inside insulated cooler bags with ice packs to maintain pristine freshness.
  • 4-Hour Packing Guarantee: Perishable orders are delivered within 4 hours of packing.
  • Standard Nairobi Fee: KES 500 flat fee across Nairobi.

🛵 3. Boda / Courier Delivery

Have your own preferred rider or courier app? We make it seamless to coordinate dispatch.

  • How it works: Choose this option at checkout (KES 0 cart fee). Once your order is packed, we send our exact GPS pin via WhatsApp.
  • Ride-Hailing Apps: Order a rider via Bolt, Uber, or your trusted neighbourhood boda and pay the rider directly upon arrival.
  • WhatsApp Dispatch: Ping us at +254705980111 to coordinate pickup time.

How is fresh meat and goat milk kept cold during delivery?

Every meat and dairy order is vacuum-sealed or tightly sealed, packed into food-grade insulated cooler bags with frozen ice packs, and dispatched directly from our chillers. They are delivered within 4 hours of packing.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept M-Pesa Pochi la Biashara. Simply go to Lipa na M-Pesa > Pochi la Biashara, enter our farm phone number 0705980111, and pay your order total. Forward the confirmation SMS or order reference to our WhatsApp at +254705980111. Cash is also accepted upon in-person pickup at our Karen farm.

When is goat slaughter day?

We slaughter to order on designated slaughter days to guarantee peak freshness. To get notified of the next date, click any "Slaughter Day" button on our fresh goat meat listings or message us on WhatsApp with the text "Hi, please add me to the slaughter day list".

Can live dairy goats or geese be delivered?

Live breeding stock (Saanen goats, Alpine goats, and Grey Geese) require specialized livestock transit. We arrange live animal transport directly with buyers or facilitate pickup at our Karen farm. Click "See the goats on sale" on the product listing to discuss transport with us on WhatsApp.
